On May 15th 2009, Terry briefed Nicholas Berlakovich (Austrian Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water) on California and US climate and energy policy in meetings with Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. He also showed the Minister his hydrogen-powered Honda Clarity and discussed ways for Austria and California to exchange low carbon policies and technologies.
